How to use:

Hot beverage : Steep 1 teaspoon of tea in boiling water for 3-5 min. So tasty you won’t need sugar, but you can add ½ tsp of raw honey or monk fruit sweetener.

Cold beverage : steep as above and chill or pour over ice.

Hot Or Cold Option : your favorite non-dairy, unsweetened creamer and make it a latte'
